EMEA region FP&A Analyst senior

Brief Description 

The EMEA Region FP&A Analyst Senior is part of the Couplings division of the Industrial Powertrain Solutions segment. This role will be responsible for financial management and controlling supporting EMEA Region based Coupling plants. This role will report directly to the Couplings Senior Manager, Controller EMEA Region.

Key Accountabilities

• Communicates effectively with cross functional teams from EMEA Region plants.
• Develops tools to monitor sites’ dynamicsand performance as per Budget/Forecast commitments.
• Provides experienced and effective Finance leadership cross functionally to support business needs.
• Summarizes and presents financial results and key sales and cost drivers as required.
• Builds and leads variance analysis to key benchmarks (budget, forecast, prior year, etc.) and clearly communicates key assumptions/inputs to ensure achievement of performance objectives.
• Partners with local teams to support make/buy decisions, capital investments, inventory management, ad hoc analysis, and other needs.
• Provides educated, insightful commentary to Management at the end of the period.
• Makes assessments and recommendations based on regular review/analysis to EMEA Region leadership.
• Conducts ad-hoc financial analysis/special projects to assist team in understanding business performance & offer solutions to improve performance.
